Fitness Before and After: Body Transformation in Just 3 Months

Today, I would like to show you what a pure motivation is for me. The fitness before and after picture below is my client A, who started training online with me just 3 months ago. A had a dream to step on stage and take part in a bikini competition.

Now, as glamorous as it looks on stage, very fit girls come out on stage in swimsuits, the road to that stage is perhaps one of the toughest things anyone can do. It is not only the gruelling workouts 5-6 times a day, it is also the endless posing sessions, the eating very strict diet and in general, the mental struggle that comes with it.

A did a fantastic job keeping on top of everything. She did not miss her workouts, she pushed herself to the limit each and every time she picked up the weights or did cardio. She did not give up, when things got tough emotionally. She did not stop when the sets got her muscles burning, and instead pushed forward.

The main reason why some people get results and some people don’t is because of their mindset. The successful people have a goal and they are prepared mentally to go through all the physical struggles and hard times to get to their goals. But after a while the process of getting there becomes a habit, an addiction. The harder you work, the more you fall in love with this journey. You learn the most about yourself during this time and you truly get the feeling of being indestructible!
