Fitness Motivation: Why I Wake Up at 4:30am… And LOVE IT

Need some fitness motivation? Here is one: every day I wake up at 4:30am (including today). Just like every day for the past 7 years. And you know what?fitness motivationI absolutely LOVE IT. No joke.

This is the time where I get to plan my day, and start working again. This is the time where I get to prepare for another day of helping people achieve their goals. And the reason I do it is because I 100% addicted to the helping women achieve what they always wanted. Being comfortable in their own skin.

I don’t have a crazy transformation story – I’ve always been athletic. I have a black belt in Karate (Shotokan), numerous achievements in track and field, as well as experience with Israeli self-defence, Krav Maga and kickboxing. I also had a fantastic, high paying job as a marketing executive in a prestigious company in the heart of Toronto.

But when I was at the peak of my career, my 16 year old sister Victoria passed away and everything around me crashed. It was a tough time for me – but it also taught me something. It taught me that life is more than just chasing financial or career gains.

It’s about giving back.

So I quit to start a bootcamp class, where every woman can come in, feel at home and exercise. So that with exercise and proper nutrition, each of my clients would feel great about themselves. I wanted to make my business more about fitness motivation rather than just a workout.

Fast forward to today, and I run over 40 classes a month and work with clients all over the world! It is my dream come true and I LOVE IT!!!

So this year, I got nominated for the Fitness Professional of the Year Award, and it would not be possible, without my clients voting for me.

I am so grateful and hope that perhaps today you would take this chance to sit down and think what would make you to look forward to wake up at 4:30am and enjoy it. Perhaps, this post would make you chase your dream, because trust me – it’s worth it!
