Healthy Cheesecake Recipe
Making this dish is (here it comes) a piece of cake. However, it contains dairy, so if you are lactose intolerant, make sure to opt for a lactose-free dairy products, to avoid discomfort in your stomach.
What you need:
• 2oz cottage cheese
• 3oz greek yogurt
• ½ egg
• ½ scoop protein
• ½ tsp vanilla
• stevia to taste (I like adding a few drops of the liquid Better Stevia in English Toffee)
• ½ tsp cinnamon
What you do:
Combine all ingredients until smooth in a blender or food processor. Pour into a small lined baking dish. Cook in 325F for 15min then lower to 300F for 20 min.
Craving chocolate? Add 1tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and use chocolate protein powder.
Love Reeses? Do the chocolate version above then combine 1tbsp powdered peanut butter like PB2 with 1 tbsp water and use this mixture as a topping.
Love Thin Mints or Peppermint Patties? Do the chocolate version above and add 1/2tsp peppermint extract to the mix before baking.
Fruity candy person? Top the cheesecake with mashed berries or sugar-free jam/ jelly.
