Online Fitness Coaching: Ally’s Body Transformation

I LOVE online fitness coaching – I get to work with people from all over the world! It’s amazing!

Take my client Ally for example. She had reached out to us a few months ago with a goal to participate in her very first bikini competition. She had little gym experience prior to that, so we had to start with very basic exercises and light weights.

We had many obstacles to overcome, there were a few hiccups on the way, where diet didn’t go as planned and of course cravings did not make it any easier. Going out with friends when dieting becomes a chore and all of your life starts to revolve around the gym.

At one point, Ally was working out 6 times a week, and on her days off she would still go for a bike ride or do a yoga class. Weeks of training, turned Ally from a green fitness enthusiast into a seasoned athlete who was squatting 155lb and using advanced training techniques, like triple sets and pyramids. The little hiccups along the way did not seem to discourage her and she kept pushing forward. I really got to know her over this time and her determination was contagious – I think I started to lift harder just because how hard SHE was working!

At the end, Ally not only competed in the contest, she also scheduled a professional photoshoot with West Studio, who shot insane pictures (check out the one below). I am SO SO SO proud of her and I hope that her body transformation will encourage other women to take control over their fitness too!!!
