About Me: Your Fitness Coach for Women Over 40

I know what it’s like to feel like your body is working against you. You train hard, eat “healthy,” and yet somehow, the results just don’t come like they used to. The workouts that once kept you lean and strong don’t seem as effective. The diets that helped you shed a few pounds now leave you feeling drained, frustrated, and stuck in an endless cycle of trying and failing.

When I hit 40, I realized I couldn’t rely on the same methods that worked in my 20s and 30s. My metabolism was different, my hormones were changing, and what I had always done simply wasn’t cutting it anymore. I had to completely rethink how I trained and fueled my body to keep seeing results.

I struggled. I experimented. I tried every “fix” out there. But through years of research, trial and error, and helping countless women just like you, I discovered the truth:
