1. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Monthly Coaching Plan: $247 USD per month (3-month minimum commitment).
  • Prepaid 3-Month Coaching Plan: $667 USD (one-time payment, discounted rate).

  • Prices vary by program and are listed on individual product pages.

đź“… Billing Cycle: Payments are processed immediately upon checkout. Subscription-based services renew automatically unless canceled as per our policy below.

2. Subscription & Billing Policy

For subscription-based services, including monthly online coaching, the following terms apply:

âś” 3-Month Minimum Commitment: Monthly coaching requires a three-month minimum before cancellation.
âś” Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing date.
âś” Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed via [Stripe, PayPal, or your selected payment provider].

đźš« Missed or Failed Payments:

  • If a payment fails, you will be notified via email and given 48 hours to update your payment method.
  • If payment is not received within 7 days, access to your coaching or program will be suspended.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, so we offer flexible cancellation options:

âś” One-Time Purchase Programs: No cancellation needed. Your program remains accessible for the specified duration.
âś” Monthly Coaching Plans:

  • You may cancel after the initial 3-month commitment.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • To cancel, visit our Contact Us page and submit a cancellation request.

âš  Important: No partial refunds are issued for unused coaching time if canceled mid-month.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and programs, all sales are final and non-refundable.

❌ Monthly or prepaid coaching plans.
❌ Pre-made fitness programs & digital downloads.
❌ Missed coaching check-ins or unused training time.

đź“Ś Exceptions: Refunds are only considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges (must be reported within 7 days).
  • Medical conditions preventing program participation (doctor’s note required).

5. Program Access & Expiration

  • Coaching programs are time-based and expire at the end of the paid period.
  • Pre-made programs are available for the duration listed on the purchase page.
  • Extensions may be available upon request but are not guaranteed.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing issue, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
